Hope all of you are doing great. I came back once again to perticipate in this fabulous contest. I really like the theme.

I am from Bangladesh (Asia).

I am a Bengali, I live in Bangladesh.Bangladesh is one of the continents of Asia.One of the foods that the Bengalis of my country consume is amsattva.Usually it is the Bengalis who make this. It is a popular food of Bengalis. So today I have chosen this popular food in this competition. This is what I have told you step-by-step. You would have seen it.Amsattva is a popular Bengali food.

Necessary materials

  • Mango
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Mustard oil.

Step- 1

First you have to take the mangoes in a big pot. It should be given with the same amount of sugar as salt. It has to be cooked well. Just until it is cooked. Stir constantly until the cooking is over. Otherwise, the bottom of the pot will be stained. And when it becomes garo it has to be taken down from the stove.

Step-2

It should be cooled well after taking it out of the oven. Then take it with the help of a sieve. Squeeze the mangoes in small portions with a spoon or by hand. From the mango veins above . In this way the mangoes have to be cleaned and freshened.After sifting the mangoes, you have to take them in a big dish.

Step-3

Mango juice should be matched nicely. And should dry well in the sun.

Step-4

After drying the amsattva well, it should be beautifully designed and cut.

Final step

Amsattva can be stored in a box after taking the ticket. It's so much fun to eat.
