My most beautiful ladies in this beautiful community of women, I am glad to share diary with you all. Women at all times will always seek to optimize the family's resources by seeking the best for them, doin all she can to feed the family with good and healthy food. It is a great responsibility that we are shouldering as women and discharging them brings optimum happiness.

Trust you are all doing great in your various homes? Our family needs to rejoice in our activities at home especially when you have prepared their favourite. I will share with you all how I powered up 933.811 steem and how I prepared mix cereal flour for the family.

POWERING UP 933.811 STEEM

Power up is a continuous activity that should regularly take place in our various wallets. So long as we are willing to build our steempower and support others and as well support the club project.

I have powered up 933.811 steem from my earnings to hit 31400+ steempower. It is amazing how the amount is shooting and racing to join 7X dolphins 🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬. I can't wait to celebrate that. But though what is remaining is much, I will not relent. Below is the proof of my powerup

It contains almost all the food nutrients that your body needs for each day and consuming it ones everyday keeps you away and distant from the hospital for long. But it can make you add weight if care is not taken but a healthy one though. Below are the mixture

PROCESSING OF THE CEREALS INTO FLOUR

  • STAGE ONE

  • I got the cereals from the market because I don't grow them.

  • Then I selected the soyabean to remove dirt's

  • I washed guinea corn, yellow corn, millet and sundried them all.

  • I soaked raw groundnut in a hot salty water and sundried

  • I cut the plantain in pieces and sundried

  • STAGE TWO

  • I Fried the individual cereals in a dried frying pan- soyabean, yellow corn, guinea corn, millet till close to brown ( note, it is important to keep them separately until you get to the mill)

  • I fried the groundnut

  • I as well fried the crayfish

  • ** STAGE THREE**

I took them all to the commercial mill because I don't have the grinder for it.

The commercial mill owners know what to do with all you have brought. They first of all got the soyabean ready by peeling off the skin, then they grinded every other thing as needed

It takes time to grind because they need to be in powered form and for me, I don't sieve after then, we take it like that.

Looking at the image above, the flour in the basin is the mixed cereal but the one in the bucket is only soyabean. It is a different one that I just prepare plain that way for addition to tea or any other thing. That is just one custard bucket of soyabean.

Having these at home helps me a lot. For one thing, the family will be in good health due to its nutritional value. And then, being a very busy mother, whenever it happens that there is no food or one is so week to prepare food, it can be taken and still serves the purpose.

We take the mixed cereal as pap.

TO FINALLY PREPARE THE CEREAL 🥣🥣🥣🥣 FOR CONSUMPTION, SEE HOW👇👇👇👇

Just scoop the quantity you can finish at a time, dissolve in water at room temperature, if you want it thick then mind the addition of water. Then add hot water to it, just a little and place the pot on fire. Stire continuously until it thickens. You can add milk, honey, or sugar if you desire and take with either fried plantain, akara (beans cake) or any other thing.

You can as well give to little children from 6 years and above but ensure that you sieve the flour before making it for them.

Dear ladies, to make this is not easy but with the help of the harmattan season, it became more easier as the wet ingredients dried as fast as possible. But it is worth the efforts. The health of our family should matter to us and so no effort is wasted so long as we are caring for our family.

What do you think? Will you give it a trial? It will be worth the efforts

CONCLUSION

These has kept me busy all along. Thank goodness that it is ready now. Thank you all for reading through.

Thanks for this mama,

What do you think? Will you give it a trial? It will be worth the efforts.

I'm so gonna do it tomorrow by jehovah's will.
Because I have started calculating and considering it as a good business ideas.
I found this article very useful.
Thanks Remain blessed ma

Thank you so much for this post, @ngoenyi. Reading through the process of making this cereal mix has been a whole cultural experience for me. We have nothing like it here in Venezuela, except perhaps when we take corn to some local mill so they turn it into delicious corn meal. I'm glad your niece @madilyn02 referred this to me (unfortunately, I am late to upvote it).
That is again 🥰

Thank you so much for your nice comment. You motivated me to start by the simple method you showed me concerning the suyabean.

Yes, powering up is good. Am glad you are motivated.

It's my pleasure

Wow.. that cereal is called Tom-brown. I do make and sell it but I don't add rive but wheat . When preparing it,add little salt as you set it on fire. It gives it another good taste just as you add sweetner and powdered milk. My children don't play with it at all. I love good things. My hands does many things and am grateful to God for the gifts. There's another one call tiger nut cereal. ... the sweetness is heavenly!

Tigernut cereal kwa?
