Good day my dear fellow women, it's me @patience90 and I brought you my recipe for fresh Okra with Ugwu leaves and Ogbono Soup.

PREPARATION
Washed my okra with salt and slice it.
Then I pounded it in the mortar

NOTE:
- I added my Ogbono into the heated oil to enable it soak to avoid coagulation.
- My soup can be used to eat a special solid delicacy in Nigeria called swallow
It could be made from Garri, cornflour, wheat or tuwon rice.
- Ogbono is a tree found in the eastern part of Nigeria and that produces Ogbono seed
- Okra is planted all of Nigeria and it's used to prepare soup
- Ugwu leaves are vegetables found in the garden
- Dawadawa is the seeds of locust beans that is processes into dawadawa for cooking
