Good Night all beautiful women in the @StemWomenClub community . .wherever you are, hope you are all well and always in the protection of Allah.

Besides being famous for its unique customs and culture, Aceh also has many traditional foods that are very tasty and delicious and this is one of the typical Acehnese cakes that I want to share with you, namely Boh Roem Roem.

Boh rom-rom is usually a mandatory dish when breaking the fast in Aceh, not only when breaking the fast at any event that you can make as a snack, I often make and enjoy this boh Rom Rom when I have time to relax.

And these are some pictures of the recipe for how to make a delicious boh rom-rom (klepon) aceh cake.

The ingredients for making Boh Roem-Roem typical Aceh:

  • Glutinous rice flour

  • Brown sugar

  • Pandan leaves

  • coconut

Step 1

The first step is to blend pandan leaves after being in a blender and then filtered.

Step2

The second step, pour the flour then add enough pandan water so that the flour is not too soft and not too hard, then stir the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands and also add a little salt to the dough.

Step 3

The Third Step when slicing brown sugar to taste after that round the dough according to taste I like the small size because to make it delicious put one by one into the mouth, after rounding the dough then make a hole in the middle to fill the sliced sugar chocolate then close and round again.

Step 4

The fourth step before boiling the dough into hot water, prepare the grated coconut first because after the dough is cooked we must immediately lift the dough and place it on a plate containing coconut and add sugar and salt to taste into the coconut.

Step 5

The fifth step, cook the water until it boils, then add the rounded dough one by one and wait until the dough floats to the top of the water, meaning the dough is cooked.

Step 6

The sixth step If the dough is cooked, prepare a plate and sprinkle a little coconut then just lift the dough after that sprinkle more coconut on it and the boh Roem Roem Aceh is ready to eat.

So the recipe for Boh Roem Roem typical of Aceh from me may be useful, and if there are shortcomings, please forgive me.
