Hello beautiful ladies in the steem women club community. How are you great women around the world?

We, the Acehnese, approach the holiday synonymous with making cakes. Every ten days before the holiday we have started to prepare various kinds of cakes for the holiday. One of them is the keukarah cake (nest bird cake). Not everyone can make this cake. It is very rare to find people who can make keukarah (nest bird cake). Especially in this modern era. Especially for young people like me, when the holidays come, they will definitely buy Tanggo, Astor, nuts, or just make nastar cakes.

Everyone loves it, it's sweet and crunchy. Within a year, this cake is usually made twice, namely Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Most people will buy or order with someone else.

Everyone loves it, it's sweet and crunchy. Within a year, this cake is usually made twice, namely Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Sometimes there are also those that are used at weddings as a delivery cake for the bride. Most people will buy or order with someone else.

In my house, every holiday, my mother always makes this cake. Every holiday, he always made this cake for us and for my aunts. they can't make their own. even though they have been studying for years. But the results are still unsatisfactory. To make this cake, a special technique is needed, hand strength is needed when making it. I myself have tried it many times but I am not strong enough to do it, the results are never good.

As for the ingredients and how to make cakes for:

Material

  1. 6 Cans milk of rice flour as finely as possible
  2. Sugar 1 can of milk
  3. 1 liter of water
  4. Oil for frying
