Day 5
Good Fat VS Bad Fat, There are Good fat that is good in our body and muscles, Fat takes up more space than muscle and our body needs limited fat only,
Visceral fats is very very dangerous ,it is close to many vital organs, that is why we need balance in consuming fats, but our eating habits now a days are more on bad fats, please you are what you eat, so be selective
Day 6
Important of protein
I will show you a picture of two people with the same weight but different physique
Our body is made up of, Muscles,Water and Fats, that is why we must know what to do when we went to lose weight,
The are several ways to lose weight, Cutting down in food, which leads to poor
Nutrition,and in effect loss energy, poor immune system and loss of muscle mass
You may lose weight but you will bounce back faster in gaining more metabolism decreases
We can achieve the weight loss in a healthy way, we must cut down Calories, but we first make sure that we have a proper Nutrition, which in effect can , Help us to sustain energy, Improve immune system and help to lose fat without losing Muscles, Increase metabolism
Conclusion
