On this occasion to show my activity as a member of my favorite community, the steemwomens club, then again I am here to share posts. Today I will try to share about a simple recipe I made, which is a healthy vegetarian food menu.
As for the vegetarian food recipe I made, it's very easy to process, and the ingredients needed are also affordable. I named this recipe *** Sauteed Beans and Tofu***.
Ingredients
- Bean sprouts 200 grams
- Tofu 2 pieces
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Garlic 1 pcs
- Shallots 3 pcs
- Ginger
- Tomato 1 fruit
- A little water
- 3 red chilies

1.Bean sprouts 200 grams
- Tofu 2 pieces
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Garlic 1 pcs
- Shallots 3 pcs
- Ginger
- Tomato 1 fruit
- A little water
- 3 red chilies
Making Proccess
step.1
Wash the vegetables, namely bean sprouts. Then wash it clean. Then the tofu is cut into cubes, the size can be according to taste.

Slice all the seasoning ingredients that will be stir-fried later, namely red chili, garlic, red onion and a little ginger. And the tomatoes are also sliced.

Prepare a frying pan on the stove, fill it with a little oil, after the oil is hot, then add the spices to be stir-fried. After the spices are finished sauteing, add the bean sprouts, stir fry for a while, add a little water.

After the bean sprouts are almost cooked, then add the diced tofu. Add a little salt wait until cooked. Sauteed tofu and bean sprouts are ready to be served.

Although this menu is very simple, it contains high nutrition, especially the protein found in tofu, besides that the bean sprouts contain Vitamin E which is good for the skin and maintains fertility. So this menu is like a healthy menu, as well as a vegetarian menu because it does not contain animal protein or animal fat.
A few simple vegetarian menu recipes that are also good for consumption for body health. I cook this menu myself at home. And it became my little family's favorite menu. I hope that my sharing today is useful for all my female friends who are beautiful and also inspiring.
