This is a summary report of the Steemit Engagement Challenge Week #2, where I will show the Venezuelan participation in our favorite community during this week from (May 02 to 08, 2022).

Before I continue, I want to thank all the women who are still active in the community, thank you very much, without your support none of this would be possible. Also, I want to congratulate and thank those women who have decided to contribute their grain of sand for the construction of a good community account through the delegations. We believe that all women should take into account some important things for their growth within the blockchain and the community:

• You must be participating in the #club5050 and be complying with the new rules.

• 5 quality posts per day are chosen and sent to the booming team "as a suggestion" for rewards. It is important for you to know that the same person is not selected two (2) times per week, as we try to be as fair and equitable as possible so that all women have the opportunity to be rewarded.

• We carry out a manual curation through the account @steemwomensclub with the idea of ​​supporting all possible quality publications. Unfortunately, we do not have enough Steem Power to give rewards as generous as the steemit team. However, we seek the union of all the members to be an independent community and not need the mercy of the steemit curation team. That is why delegations are so important. We are counting on you to grow together, girls.

• We also hope that you make a constant promotion on your social networks of each publication you share, with the idea that steemit and steem can reach more people and especially investors. The more investors arrive, the more curators there will be to be able to reward much more publications per day.

• Try as much as possible to comply with all the rules, avoid plagiarism and create original or proprietary content. Please avoid mentioning the curation team @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 in your posts.

Steemit Engagement Challenge contest: Venezuelan (May 02 to 08, 2022)

The important points for the evaluation of the performance of the participants are those that you will see in the table below:

• Contests: number of Steemit Engagement contests that participated, recording that there are 7 contests.
• Comments: the comments counted in the table are the various relevant comments from other users "the first thread", as it can be interpreted to abuse the exchange of chat-like comments from the same users to increase the total number of comments. Remembering that at least 10 comments are needed to be nominated.
• Upvotes: The number of upvotes received by the participant.
• Club status: Verification of the user's club status at the time of participation (#club5050, #club75, and #club100).

The upvotes and comments are those received in the posts shared in our community contest, until the final time of the contest.

We can see that the participation decreased a little this week, maybe if the deserving winners and nominees were chosen fairly, it is possible that the number of participation could be maintained or increased.
