Hello, today I want to share with you a recipe that we ate as a whole family.

We start with the supply of the material that forms the inner mortar of our pastry. This part is important because our pastry is more delicious when it is made with natural herbs.

We start preparing our dough.

We prepare our dough with flour, salt, dry yeast and water.

We start to open our pastry with a small meringue we create from our dough.

We open the dough of our pastry about two inches.

We add the mortar we prepared into the rolled dough.
