Hello great ladies,

A food that has been in Sri Lanka since ancient times. We call it Pittu. This is a healthy dish.

Now I explain how to make a Pittu. It's very easy.

Used ingredients,

  • Rice flour 250g
  • Maize flour 250g
  • Curry leaves 50g
  • Chopped coconut 250g
  • Salt
  • Hot Water

Put all the above ingredients in a bowl, Add the required amount of salt and mix well. After adding a little bit little of hot water to this mixture and stir.

Knead well by hand this way. Cut the curry leaves into small pieces. Add curry leaves to the flour mixture and mix again.

Put the mixture into the mold this way. Put the streamer and boil this for thirty minutes.

Now this is worth eating. You can now eat it with any kind of meat curry. It is suitable to give coconut milk and sugar to babies.
