Well, today I will again share the recipe for one of my family's favorites, namely tauco green eggplant, tempeh. How to make tempeh eggplant tauco is very simple and you can try it at home and serve it to your family.
Ingredients for cooking tempeh green eggplant tauco
- 10 Green eggplants
- 1 tempe board
- 2 grams of shrimp
- 15 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 pieces of dry curly chilies
- flavoring
- pepper powder
- cooking oil
- enough water
The steps to cook tempeh green eggplant tauco
cut tempeh according to taste, then fry and set aside.
Cut the green eggplant oblique. Wash then set aside.
clean the shrimp, wash then set aside.
Crush the garlic. Slice shallots, cayenne pepper and red chilies. Set aside
Sauté shallots, garlic, lemongrass and bay leaves..
enter the shrimp.
then add the tauco, stir until flavorful.
Add cayenne pepper and red chilies.
Add the eggplant and tempeh.
Add water, then add pepper, flavoring. taste check.
When the eggplant starts to wilt, remove and serve.
