Famous 'Taş Kadayif' Dessert Recipe | Delicious And Easy

Today I will give you a famous dessert recipe. Although it is famous, I did it twice. I can say that it is my husband's favorite dessert.

I could not find much information about his past. but it is known as the famous dessert of many provinces. Here is the recipe;

Serving; 4-5 People

Preparation Time; 30-45 minutes

Cooking time ; 15-20 minutes

Ingredients;

For the dough;

•1 glass of water

•1 glass of warm milk

•1 glass of water

•1.5 cups flour

•half a tea glass of semolina

•1 teaspoon of dry yeast

•1 teaspoon of sugar

•1 teaspoon of salt

For its sherbet;

•2.5 glasses of water

•2 cups sugar

•Quarter Lemon

For the inside;

•Coarsely ground walnuts or hazelnuts

To fry;

•Liquid oil

Preparation Of;

◘First of all, we have to make the sherbet because sherbet has to be cold and hot.

◘Put the water and milk in a pot. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

◘When it starts to boil, turn down the stove.

◘Boil it for ten minutes, squeeze a quarter of a lemon and boil it for another five minutes.

◘Then let it cool down.

◘Now let's make the dough. Heat the milk a little. Add a glass of water.

◘Sugar, salt, yeast, milk and water are added to a large bowl. After mixing, flour is added gradually. It will be a little darker than pancake dough.

◘Cover it and wait for it to ferment. Put the Teflon pan on the stove. Turn on the stove at the last level. wait for the ceiling to be warm.

◘A small ladle of the fermented dough is poured into the pan. It takes a round shape when poured from a height. And it will not be thick. Do not blush too much color.

Footnote; Only one side will be cooked.

With these measurements, 25-30 pieces come out.

◘After they are all cooked in the pan, walnuts are added to them (uncooked side) and closed. Combine it well so that they do not open. All doughs are covered one by one.

◘Liquid oil is added to the pan and heated thoroughly. Desserts are tossed and fried. Until it turns dark.

◘The fried kadayifs are immediately put into cold sherbet. It should wait 5 minutes.

◘Do the same process until the kadayifs are over. And here is the result. I fried some of them too much because my husband likes fried. I also like a little fried :)
