How are you? I hope you are well. Today I made a cake recipe with semolina at home. I make this recipe at home occasionally. So today I shared with you how I made this recipe. I hope you like this recipe.
Ingredients :

Liquid milk | 1 cup |
Vinegar | 2 tablespoon |
Vanilla essence | 1 tablespoon |
Baking powder | 1 tablespoon |

How to make :
First I took liquid milk. Then I put it in vinegar in liquid milk. I shook it lightly with vinegar. Then I put them on the site for a while.
In between, I took the semolina in the blender. Then I blended the sujigula a little.
When blended, I took it in a bowl. Then I put sugar in the semolina. And I gave it with the right amount of salt. Then I put 4 tablespoons of oil in it.
Then I gave it with liquid milk given with vinegar. I messed with these for a while. I mixed it well.
Then I gave it with vanilla essence. I mixed it again with vanilla essence for a while.
Then I sifted the flour and baking powder together and sifted through a sieve. I mixed them well.
I mixed all these ingredients together to make a smooth batter.
Then I brushed it well with oil on top with a piece of paper in a primer.
After that, I took the semolina batter made in it. I poured the batter and set it well.
Then I put it in the oven. Then I will keep it on low heat. Then cover with a lid. Then wait 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, open the lid and check if it has been done. If it is done, I will take it down.
I then decorated it with chocolate. My semolina cake is ready.
