Thank God the child is back regaining his health. Reading your post made me scared for that child's life. That's was indeed a sad situation and you've rightly said it all, such preventions begins from parents. The children we have today are great explorers and so if you loss sight of anything they will be taking great advantures which can endanger their lives like what this children did.
