Today I prepared several meals for the family's energy source, and one of them is sweet dry orek tempeh, tempeh is always the prima donna, besides its delicious taste, tempeh is also rich in vitamins and nutrients good for the body, and what makes me most happy, processing delicious tempeh is not complicated, well, I will share the recipe for tempeh preparation here for you, I hope you like it.
Materials needed ;
- 1 medium size tempeh board
- 2 handfuls of peanuts
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 stalk of lemongrass geprek
- 1 cm geprek ginger
- 1 cm geprek galangal
- 5 lime leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 6 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 pieces of red chili
- Sufficient cooking oil
How to make ;
- Cut the tempeh into small pieces
*sliced onion, garlic and red chili - Heat oil, fry tempeh until crispy, set aside
- Fry peanuts until cooked, set aside
- In another skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, saute onion, garlic and red chili until fragrant cabe
- Enter bay leaves, lime leaves, geprek lemongrass, geprek ginger, geprek galangal, stir fry for a while
- Add salt, sugar, and sweet soy sauce, stir until smooth
- Enter the tempeh and peanuts, stir until blended
- If it is well mixed, remove and serve with warm rice
