Today we are back to discussing vegetables, healthy eating for all ages, but today I specialize in cooking vegetable chicken soup for children, the sweetness of the chicken, and the savory broth will surely make children appetite.
As we know that there are good nutrients in chicken, there is no doubt, this one million people's food contains minerals, fat and protein, all of which are very good for the body, but keep in reasonable portions.
Quail eggs also contain good content, which is useful for building muscle mass, avoiding the body from food allergies, as well as repairing damaged body cells.
For vegetables, I use green beans, well beans are very good for children, since the first meal or MPasi I have used this type of vegetable to meet my child's daily needs . Vegetables, which are often called street vegetables, turn out to contain minerals, protein and a number of other good nutrients that are useful as cancer prevention, to increase energy, and are also very good for bone health.
As for other types of vegetables that I use is cauliflower, where this vegetable is one of the vegetables that my children like very much, its benefits are to maintain healthy nerves and brain , rich in minerals, antioxidants and of course also good for bone health.
Two other types of vegetables that are commonly used are potatoes and carrots, the benefits of which I have explained in a previous post.

After knowing the benefits, now we will discuss the recipe for chicken soup vegetable by @tiazakaria
Materials needed ;
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 scallion
- 1 soup leaf
- Enough oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- To taste pepper powder
- Enough chicken broth
- Sufficient lime juice
- chopped chicken ayam
- boiled quail eggs
- 500 ml of boiled water
How to make ;
- Marinate the chicken with salt and lime
- Finely chop the garlic
- Cut vegetables according to taste
- Cut the scallions and soup
- Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant
- Add chicken, stir-fry until chicken changes color
- Add water and let it boil
- Add carrots, let stand 2 minutes
- Enter the potatoes let stand 2 minutes
- Enter the beans let stand 2 minutes 2
- Add cauliflower
- Add salt, pepper powder, and chicken stock
- Stir well
- Cook until all vegetables are cooked
- Add the soup leaves and spring onions
- Finally, add boiled quail eggs
- Chicken soup vegetable gravy is ready to be served
