Recipe for Tofu, Meatballs, Eggs and Vegetables with Peanut Sauce By @tiazakaria

Hi my beautiful and kind friend @steemwomensclub how are you today? My best wishes to you, may you stay healthy and happy.

I'm still limping with my body condition not so good, it's been a few days the fever has been up and down, and the flu has also hit me, God misses me and gives me love.

Yesterday I took the time to make vegetable tofu with peanut sauce, I didn't have time to capture the stages of making it, because I was hunting for work, my cellphone also ran out of power.

However, I will share the recipe for you steemians friends, just read to the end.

Materials needed for stuffing tofu back;

  • 1/2 kg of chicken meat
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 6 tablespoons sago flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 egg white

Additional material

  • Tofu big size 8 pieces
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 eggs

Ingredients for making peanut sauce, I've already shared the recipe, click here

  • 2.5 ounces of peanuts
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 8 pieces of curly chili
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • to taste salt
  • to taste brown sugar
  • to taste coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves

How to Make Peanut Seasoning

  • Fried peanuts, onion, chili, ginger and candlenut.
  • Puree all ingredients
  • Mix the smooth ingredients with coconut milk
  • Cook while stirring, add salt, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, bay leaf and lime leaves
  • Keep stirring so that the coconut milk doesn't break
  • Add a little water, stir again
  • Cook until the peanut sauce thickens slightly
  • Once cooked, the satay is ready to be eaten with peanut sauce

How to make ;

  • Cut tofu into 4 parts
  • Fry until dry, set aside to cool
  • Cut the tofu a little, then turn the inside over
  • Do it until it's all gone, set it aside

How to make tofu stuffing;

  • Puree all ingredients in a blender
  • Take the dough 1 tablespoon that has been mashed and put it in the tofu that has been turned over
  • Do it until all know is filled
  • If there is leftover dough, make meatballs, round and boil in hot water until they float, remove and set aside

How to make complementary vegetables;

  • Boil 4 eggs until cooked, peel and split into two parts
  • Boil broccoli until half cooked
  • Boil potatoes until cooked
  • Heat the steamer, add vegetables, boiled potatoes, tofu, meatballs, steam for 15 minutes
  • Heat the oil and fry the tofu until it's crispy

How to present;

  • Arrange on a plate of fried tofu, meatballs, vegetables, potatoes and boiled eggs
  • Drizzle all parts with peanut sauce
  • Add sauce, mix well and ready to eat

This food is very suitable to be eaten in the afternoon, while relaxing with family, so it takes a little time because the process is long, if you want to make it prepare the time as well as possible.
