You are choosing a new curator every month. They should visit all communities of steemit And choose good posts. But here it is seen who is getting the responsibility of curator in the month. If they have their own community. Then they are curating their own community posts, good and bad. There is no benefit in selecting the curator like this. A community is receiving multiple supports. No community is getting support at all.
