Hello steem women club. I couldn't participate in competitions for a long time. I was very happy to see this competition. I've been on a diet for about a week, or rather trying to eat healthy. It's time to lose the weight I gained while pregnant. We decided to change the way we eat as a family. We have prepared a diet that we can maintain for life. The biggest change for us was bread and sugar. First of all, we started eating whole grain bread and reduced the amount of bread as much as possible. We consume natural sugar, of course, in a limited way. There will be escapades, of course, but not every day, every week, of course. 2 3 liters of water daily.
I will tell you about my daily meals.
Well, let's start with breakfast. I prepared a nice hearty salad for breakfast. With a little salt cheese and olives. Eggs with sausage and cheese cooked using very little oil. A glass of unsweetened tea (believe me, it is very difficult to leave the sugar in the tea😊). 1 or 2 slices of whole grain bread.

For dinner, I prepared a hearty, delicious and healthy mung salad. Mung beans are a vegetable protein source. Thus, we can meet some of our daily protein needs in this way. Then let's start explaining this healthy and delicious recipe.

First, let's boil our mung beans. Verify the peppers, onions, purple cabbage, pickles, dill and parsley in small pieces. Take the boiled mung and the chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
