One of the easiest ways to be protect ourselves is by doing on a regular breast self exams. These exams can help us to detect any unusual changes early which is the key in catching a breast cancer in its early stages. Checking ourselves only takes a few minutes and it can be done at a home making it a simple yet more powerful way to take control of our health.

Early Detection Saves Lives:

Early detection is a lifesaver when it is comes to a breast cancer. When we know our bodies is well we are better able to notice any unusual lumps or a changes. If something does not feel right it is important to talk to a healthcare professional right away. Regular screenings is a such as mammograms are also the crucial especially for those over 40 or with in a family history of breast cancer. These screenings can help to detect even the smallest changes is that might not be felt in a self exam.

Loving yourself means to caring for your body or mind and a health. It is about to making a time for self checks or listening to your body and then seeking help when it needed. Breast cancer can affect the anyone so staying informed and to proactive is essential. Taking these steps not only in shows love for yourself but it also sets an example for the others.
