💛 What boundaries do you need to set this year to protect your time and energy?
This year I want to develop healthier relationship with a word "yes." Instead of automatically saying yes to everything i will pause and to ask myself if it truly aligns with my time or energy and the values. I want to be more mindful of when I say yes by choosing commitments that is really matter to me. Saying yes should be feel empowering not a draining. I also want to set a boundaries around saying yes to the others when it impacts on my well being. By being more intentional I can protect my time and the energy while i still showing up for the things that are more important.
💛 What project or idea would you like to start this month or next, even if it's small?
This month I do not love to start a small creative project like a journal or a blog. I have been thinking about a documenting my thoughts or experiences and things I am learning just for fun. It does not have to be big or perfect I just want to write a regularly and express myself. I did not like to try learning a new skill like a photography or even a cooking a new recipe in every week. It is about creating something for myself not for anyone else. I am more excited to take that a first step is no matter how it small and see where it goes.
💛How can you be kinder to yourself when things don't go as planned?
When a things do not go as planned i can be more kinder to myself by a reminding myself that it is okay to make a mistakes or face a setbacks. I will try not to be too hard on myself and to instead but focus on what I can learn from the present situation. Taking a deep breath i practicing self compassion and i recognizing that the everyone has tough moments will help me to stay calm. I will also remind myself that the one setback does not define my all journey and I can always try again when I am ready.
💛 What emotions would you like to experience more often this year and how can you cultivate them?
This year i did like to feel a more gratitude or joy and peace. To cultivate gratitude I can start a daily practice of a listing things i am thankful for even the small things. To feel more joy i will focus on the activities that make me a smile like to spending time with a loved ones or a pursuing hobbies i enjoy. For peace i will try to practice a mindfulness and the meditation that helping me to stay grounded in the present. By making these small changes i hope to invite more positive emotions into my life in every day.
💛 How do you want to feel at the end of January and what can you do to achieve that?
By the end of the January i want to feel more calm or accomplished and hopeful. To achieve this i will set a small manageable goals and to focus on completing them one step at a time. I will also make sure to take a time for my self care like getting enough rest and to enjoying quiet moments. Staying more organized and reflecting on what i have achieved so far will help me to feel accomplished. Most importantly i will remind myself that a progress is progress no matter how small.
