How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah...


Lowering your abdomen means that you want to make your tummy in shape and you want to make a slim figure and attractive figure of your abdomen specifically.

There could be different ways according to my knowledge which are herbal as well as related to lifestyle changes which include healthy diet and exercise so I am going to highlight some main points that can help you in lowering your abdomen.

Remedy for lowering of abdomen

• First of all moving towards remedy. We all know about one of the most common ingredient of kitchen that always present in everyone's home and it is Ginger so so lowering your abdomen you have to take one glass of water one teaspoon of pure honey and half teaspoon of garlic powder and then you have to cook it at medium flame 4 5 minutes and it would also help you to burn your cholesterol as a result when your fats would start to burn from your body then it would also burn the extra fat of your abdomen if it is present.

Exercises or workout for lowering your abdomen

• Crunches is one of the best exercise for lowering the abdomen because it involves abdomen muscles during workout so I can suggest that after a period of warm up for 10 minutes do first crunches as your exercise for at least 10 minutes.

• Pelvic rolling is also one of the most effective exercise for pelvic as well as abdomen fat both muscles are also linked with abdomen that's why this exercise stimulates pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.You can do it for 10 minutes.

• Knee to chest exercise is also one of the most effective exercise that you can do for 10 minutes in five repetitions would help you to burn the fat for your belly and for your hip specifically.


You can do all these three exercises for 30 minutes and 10 minutes each but if you are body is not much active then you should start doing exercise from the day one for 15 to 18 minutes maximum otherwise you would feel cramps in your body


Medications for lowering abdomen fat

• Honestly speaking I don't believe on medicine for learning abdominal fat because medicines always makes your hormones disturb and if taken in high amount then it can also disturbs your kidney and liver functioning that's why to lose abdominal fat or any fat in your body it is always important to change your diet and lifestyle in the form of implementing different exercises and workout on your body.
