🥺😭The Story Of My Aunt Who Died Of Cancer😭

Screenshot_20231007-075356_2.jpg Pinky day

It is a pity that my aunty has been battling with this issue secretly which physically erupted in her openly losing hairs, this factor caused her death, and everything in secret will be brought to light, so what the point hiding, I kept crying when I reflect on the fact that she was hiding a critical disease.

There is this popular adage that goes well in my dialect but in English, it is interpreted as "hider of a disease, die with it", I still ponder on why she hid that. The story had it that my aunty was diagnosed with cancer 5 years before her death, she refused to disclose this to her dearest husband nor to her children who were a bit of age. I think she did this to prevent them from overthinking but it wasn't a good idea.

She secretly managed it till everything burst out when her husband decided to seek medical advice on the constant sicking of his wife on this quest my uncle found out that her wife had cancer which had gone too far even to her breast, as a Christian he came back home crying and told his children to start praying to God but It was too late, I know with God impossible is nothing but she refused to take the advice of her doctor by telling her husband when she was first diagnosed, she needed money to manage herself well but she didn't take it seriously.

I came to discover that my aunty was suffering from cancer when she was lying critically ill in the hospital, her body weight deteriorated, her hair worn off, she was bald, and she constantly read the BIBLE seeking healing and preparing for her home call(aftermath), she introduced me to her beautiful daughters which I meet for the first time, we met often as I go to give them warm water and food since our house was close and my dad worked in the hospital where she was admitted, she began to do well health-wise but she did a week after she was discharged from the hospital.

CONCLUSION

Friends apart from cancer which is critical, our health should be regarded as important, walk up to the pharmacist and explain how you feel, there is always a solution. I leave you with this wonderful poem.

Poetry; My Healer
The poem I coined

Darling, take precautions,
Don't rush into conclusion.
There is always a solution,
Medication or prescription?
Yes, we made meaningful resolutions
One was, to create resilience, and bring to death depression.
I will be your painkiller,
Nevertheless, you are the dealer,
There is God, A healer.

I believed you love this writeup, I invite @bossj23, @basil20, @dar22 to participate in this contest closing @ 00:00UTC Monday

Saludos cordiales 🌺
