Days of December

INTRODUCTION

Good day everyone. Happy new month and compliment of the season.
This is my first post of the month
I'm happy to participate in it. I'm GRATEFUL to @cotina for this beautiful contest. It has helped me reflect on the past month.

Was November as you expected?

There were lots of ups and downs this month but I'm not going to dwell on it because i like thinking more about the positive than negative. I had a lot of expectations for November. I was hoping I'll resume school as it is my first year in the university. But the screening process is slow so I'm still home. I also expected to have a certain amount of money sitting pretty in my account in preparation for the Christmas celebration. But i haven't gotten even halfway yet.
Even though my expectations didn't come true this month, I'm still grateful for being alive and some other wonderful people i met in this month.

Is December a month that makes you feel nostalgic, happy, or a combination of both?

December is the last month of the year. So of cause i am ecstatic. I'm very happy to have made it this far because i was really sick in January but I'm happy for good health this year. I love December because it is a month filled with happiness. Jesus' birth is celebrated in this month by Christians. Lots of food, drinks, merriment, dance exchange of gifts and enjoyment in general.

Are there any dates that are special to you this month?

To me, the date special to me is 25th because it is Christmas day. I'm almost celebrating a friendship of one month on the 17th of this month.
Another special day is the last day of the year- 31st January.
Ending the year with my family and friends is what i look forward to.

Do you have expectations, goals, plans outlined for this last month of the year to achieve?

I'm hoping to start school this month and go far in my fashion skill. Practice more and write often on steemit despite my busy schedule.

What is Christmas Day like in your home? What do you usually do: eat, drink, etc?

Christmas day is a day filled with merriment in my home
My friends and family come over, eat, dance, tease each other and just have a great time.
In the evening we go to any sit out to chill, eat barbecue and drink some liquor. It is a very fun day. This year won't be different.

INTRODUCCIÓN

Buen día a todos. Feliz inicio de mes y felicitaciones de la temporada.
Este es mi primer post del mes.
Estoy feliz de participar en él. AGRADEZCO a @cotina por este hermoso concurso. Me ha ayudado a reflexionar sobre el mes pasado.

¿Noviembre fue como esperaban?

Hubo muchos altibajos este mes, pero no me voy a detener en eso porque me gusta pensar más en lo positivo que en lo negativo. Tenía muchas expectativas para noviembre. Esperaba volver a la escuela, ya que es mi primer año en la universidad, pero el proceso de selección es lento, así que todavía estoy en casa. También esperaba tener cierta cantidad de dinero en mi cuenta para prepararme para la celebración de Navidad, pero aún no he llegado ni a la mitad.
Aunque mis expectativas no se cumplieron este mes, todavía estoy agradecida por estar viva y por otras personas maravillosas que conocí en este mes.

¿Diciembre es un mes que te hace sentir nostálgico, feliz o una combinación de ambos?

Diciembre es el último mes del año, así que, por supuesto, estoy extasiada. Estoy muy feliz de haber llegado hasta aquí porque estuve muy enferma en enero, pero estoy feliz por tener buena salud este año. Amo diciembre porque es un mes lleno de felicidad. Los cristianos celebran el nacimiento de Jesús en este mes. Hay mucha comida, bebida, alegría, baile, intercambio de regalos y diversión en general.

¿Hay alguna fecha especial para ti este mes?

Para mí, la fecha especial es el 25 porque es el día de Navidad. El 17 de este mes estoy celebrando casi un mes de amistad.
Otro día especial es el último día del año, el 31 de enero.
Terminar el año con mi familia y amigos es lo que espero con ansias.

¿Tienes expectativas, objetivos, planes delineados para este último mes del año que quieras lograr?

Espero comenzar la escuela este mes y avanzar en mis habilidades de moda. Practicar más y escribir a menudo en Steemit a pesar de mi apretada agenda.

¿Cómo es el día de Navidad en tu casa? ¿Qué sueles hacer: comer, beber, etc.?

El día de Navidad es un día lleno de alegría en mi casa. Mis amigos y familiares vienen a casa, comen, bailan, se burlan unos de otros y simplemente la pasan genial.
Por la noche, salimos a algún sitio a relajarnos, comemos una barbacoa y bebemos algo de licor. Es un día muy divertido. Este año no será diferente.
