Arbol Clavellina

Greetings dear friends of this steemit platform, thank God for the days that He gives us, today I will talk about the carnation plant.

Saludos apreciados amigos de esta plataforma de steemit,gracias a Dios por los dias que nos regala,hoy les voy hablar de la planta de clavellina.

This plant or shrub with its scientific name (Caesalpinia pulcherrima), also called Ponciana dwarf that belongs to the family of genus Caesalpini, also called in my town clavellina.

This shrub is characterized by its small oval green leaves, branches with thorns, grows up to 3 meters high and its flowers grow in clusters with yellow, red, orange petals, the fruit is like a legume.

Esta planta o arbusto con su nombre cientifico (Caesalpinia pulcherrima) ,tambien llamada Ponciana enana que pertenece a las familia de género Caesalpini,igualmente llamada en mi pueblo clavellina.

Este arbusto se caracteriza por sus pequeñas hojas ovaladas de color verde,ramas con espinas,crece hasta 3 metros de altura y sus flores crecen de manera de racimos con pétalos de color amarillo rojo,naranja,el fruto es como una legumbre.

It is cultivated in tropical gardens, in other countries like Barbados the flower is considered as the National Flower, in my country it is used as natural medicine, from the leaves a tea is prepared to cure the nerves, it is also a relaxant, it cures the cough and as expectorant for the phlegm, from the flowers they use them as tea for the heart, also for the pain in the chest it is very good recommended by our grandparents who used it as natural medicine.

Se cultiva en los jardines tropicales,en otros paises como barbados la flor la consideran como la Flor Nacional,en mi pais se utiliza como medicina natural,de las hojas se prepara un te para curar los nervios,tambien es un relajante,cura la tos y como expectorante para la flema,de las flores las utilizan como te para el corazon,tambien para el dolor en el pecho es muy buena recomendada por nuestros abuelitos que la utilizaban como medicina natural.

The carnation is also an ornamental plant that you can have in your garden or any part of the house, its flowers are winter, I remember when I was little siembre I liked to grab the flowers of this shrub to make crown to place it on the head and play queens, the leaves grabbed them and used them as paper, my grandmother always scolded me because she said that with this plant she prepared her tea to take at night and so slept all night because it was a relaxant.

La clavellina tambien es una planta ornamental que la puedes tener en tu jardin o cualquier parte de la casa,sus flores son de invierno,recuerdo cuando era pequeña siembre me gustaba agarrar las flores de este arbusto para hacer corona para colocarla en la cabeza y jugar a las reinas, las hojas las agarraba y las utilizaba como papelillos ,mi abuelita siempre me regañaba por que decia que con esa planta ella preparaba su te para tomar en las noche y asi dormia toda la noche por que era un relajante.
