I have a 180 watt inverter. The inverter has been damaged for some time. This inverter comes in handy when there is load shedding. I light an electronic bulb with a 12 volt battery with the help of this inverter. But quite some time ago I was facing a lot of problems as the inverter broke down. But I know how to repair electronics. Due to various busyness, I would like to repair this inverter but could not get a chance. But today I suddenly sat down to repair the inverter. As you can see the inverter is very small. However, two twenty watt LED bulbs can be lit through it. Besides, mobile can be charged very easily. So I decided in the morning to repair it very quickly. Because now there is load shedding due to rain at night. So I felt very difficult to light the room. Anyway I started to repair.

First I disassembled the two parts of the inverter. There is no nutbolt system here. There are options to pair with two sheaths. So I opened it very carefully with the help of a screwdriver.Now you can see the inside of the inverter. Inside there are various things including capacitor mosfet diode resistor. In short it contains everything needed to build an inverter.

I cleaned the inverter circuit thoroughly after opening it. And I kept looking for the problem. First, I tested it by connecting it to a 12 volt battery. The LED bulb did not light up. So I kept looking carefully to see if any of the purses were burnt. Then I opened the back part.

Meanwhile I prepared my soldering iron and series board. My soldering iron is fitted with a copper tooth. So the color fades very easily. That's why I don't have to face much problem in soldering iron. My soldering iron is 60 watts. Current can provide quite good service from village.

I know the series board plays a very important role for using soldering iron. So I made this series board myself. Now I connected the series board to current. Then I put the soldering iron of the series board. The soldering iron got hot within 2-3 minutes.

I have already found out which part of my mini inverter is broken. I noticed that the connected line of the mosfet was cut on the opposite side of the circuit where it was lined up. So here you have to connect the line with soldering iron. Such accidents happened at two places. So I proceeded to carefully repair with the soldering iron. And thus my work was completed in a moment. Now it's time to apply the catching of the circuit.

With the help of a glue gun I blocked the circuit of the inverter by catching it. Then I wrapped black tape around it. Then connected everything to check via my small 12 volt battery. I checked and found that yes the signal bulb on my inverter is on. Then I prepared a twenty watt LED bulb for testing. If you see three or four lakhs of photography, you will understand my work.

By now you can see that the inverter is lit at my 12 volt battery connection and the LED bulb of the current through the inverter is lit. So you can understand that I repaired my inverter very easily. And in this way, we can easily repair our damaged things with a little knowledge. And for this there is no need to resort to outside mechanics. So we must be vigilant and approach this. Then I can repair my things very easily like this.
