I am @akbarmia, from Bangladesh
Ahsan Manzil is located at Sadarghat on the banks of the Buriganga River in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This house was named Ahsan Manzil in 1859 by Nawab Khwaja Abdul Ghani after his son Khwaja Ahsanullah. The building is known as a pink-coloured palace influenced by European and Mughal architecture. From there the Nawabs conducted their political activities. Various aspects of Nababad's family life and the social and political history of Dhaka are preserved in Ahsan Manzil. Ahsan Manzil was recognized as a National Museum by the Government of Bangladesh in 1985.
We left home at 2 pm, and Ahsan reached Manzil at 3 pm. Our entry tickets were already booked, so we entered by showing the online copy. Ahsan Manjil has a very nice environment outside and it is very nice to see the natural beauty. Then we entered Ahsan Manzil. Everything in this palace is beautifully arranged, and you enter from one side and exit from the other side, seeing everything.
The first thing we saw on entering was the war safety clothing of the Nawabs and their soldiers, in which they participated in various battles. Then there were plates, vessels, mugs, kettles, jugs, etc., used by the Nawabs arranged in a few Mukesh. I went to the next room and saw a brass sculpture of Ahsan Manzil. Beside him was a glass lighting lamp.
Entering another room, I saw their food dining table and chairs, and in the next room, there was a skeleton of an elephant. Beside him, a glass table arranged their medical equipment. Later we go to the second floor by a beautiful craft staircase.
Then we saw a picture hanging in memory of all the Nawabs. All their history writings were next to it. The games they played were billiard table and card table.
Then we saw the documents of the place and the means of communication at that time were letters. Different lockers and cupboards used by them, different books in their time. Their used furniture is chairs, cut, tables etc.
Then we visited many other things like Nawab's chariots, boats, cars, paper photocopy machines, sitting rooms, bedrooms, various war swords, pictures and the history of their consorts, etc.
We went around for about 2 hours and saw everything inside. Then we went to the field in front of Manzil, it was a beautiful environment as it was on the river bank. Enhance natural beauty with flowers, fruit trees, etc. Finally, it can be said that we got to know a lot of ancient history by visiting the museum and seeing the furniture and architecture used by the Nawabs. As a result, we had a great time and enjoyed it.
I like your writing very much. Your writing touches the heart like time. The blog family and community are always with you.
