TS Culture Post | Inauguration of a local handcrafting store

Everything was so beautiful since the beginning of the event that has been announced by a WhatsApp status from a friend of my cousin's mother, which a completely dedicated person to the development of the local heritage with the magic of river's soul, the emblematical Orinoco under the bridge.

Schedule started at 10 AM in the morning with a chorus of adorable kids singing typical songs belonging to the festiveness of December month while different handcrafted objects were exhibited over many tables, according to each aspect like natural honeys, homemade accessories and more. Did you see the big wooden colored pencils in the previous picture? Never imagined before to hold something like that in my hand.

In a inner space with air conditioner the event continued with other culture groups but this time with dancing performances played on typical music from the plane region of country characterized by rudimentary instruments like cuatro, arpa and maracas, so in this stage of show everyone got really excited.

An assemble of instruments with a female singer wasn't the exception to show over there, moreover of a good recital from genuine and original poetry that might reach easily the bottom of your heart.

Later, the store was inaugurated surrounded by many representative people coming from institutions like police, university, city hall... Beautiful objects made out with a variety of materials make this space as something particular and special for citizens of CBO.

Among them you can find nice accessories for ladies, practical kitchen tools, hamacas and chichorros (a long suspended clothes that serves as bed), school items and so many interesting objects you can imagine ever that were created with such creativity casted by the magic of Guayana Land.

I almost forget the fact of a good hot soup of rice with chickpeas and chicken that were also cooked to be served to the guests and attendants in general, although there wasn't enough spoons to everybody, so I ate without it. Can't also avoid to mention that bathroom is available and clean, which is not so usual in public spaces.
