Filipino Style : "TORTANG BOLINAW"

Another day has come and another recipe to share. This recipe is so perfect for everyone especially to those fish lover. This is perfect as well to parents having kids and will now go to school. They can bring this to school as their baon.

So, let me share you a recipe common here in Philippines.

✨HOW TO MAKE TORTANG BOLINAW✨

Bolinaw is a small fish, perfect for paksiw, kinilaw and this torta. So, today find time to read how to make it.

Let's go!

✨INGREDIENTS:✨

  • Bolinaw Fish
  • Cooking Oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Crispy Fry
  • Egg
  • tomatoe

✨PROCEDURE:✨

Step 1:

Prepare all the ingredients needed. Clean and wash the fish then put it in a bowl. Put the sliced tomatoe, garlic and onion, put 2 eggs and 1 sachet of crispy fry. Then mix it properly.

Step 2:

Put the cooking oil in a frying pan and let it boil. Once it is boiled already get a scoop of the mixed dish and put it in the boiled cooking oil. Let it fry it until it turns golden brown. If it is golden brown already flip it to the other side and wait until it is golden brown again. You can put many scoops in one settind depending on how big is your frying pan. Continue and repeat the process until everything is cooked.

And thats it. Those are the two simple steps on how to make a crispy, and yummy tortang bolinaw. Try this at home and you will definitely love the taste.

You can use sou sauce, ketchup or mayonaisse as your sauce depending on your choice.
