Which country would you like to be born instead of yours?
I belong to Pakistan and I love my country. I am Alhamdulillah a very grateful person and have strong faith in the fact that whatever Allah decides for a person is in his or her best interest. I see people moving to other countries or having strong desires to move to other countries, but I feel instead of preferring best for our lives we should prefer best for our country and our generation. Although I have strong liking for a few countries, but only for a short time. We should avail opportunities in other countries with intention of benefiting our country.
One country that I can prefer over my own country is Saudi Arabia.
Why did you choose this country in particular?
There are many reasons of choosing this country.
Firstly, it is the country where our Holy Prophet PBUH was born. So all the Muslims feel a bond of connection with Saudi Arabia. It is the place where our Holy Prophet was raised; Islamic history from the beginning is related to its different cities especially Makkah and Madina.
Secondly, Holy Kaaba is in Saudia Arabia. According to belief of Muslims it is the first mosque on the face of earth. Muslims from all over the world perform pilgrimage and visit Kaaba. It will be a blessing to have the opportunity of visiting Kaaba as often as one wants.
Thirdly, as it is a Muslim country and Islam evolved and developed in this country its culture, traditions and way of living is having so many similarities with Muslim all over the country.
These were few out of many reasons of choosing this country.
What's so special about this country to be considered as your best choice? Gastronomy, culture, religion...
Saudi Arabia is having a culture, gastronomy that is quite rich and specific to it but Muslims all over the world can adopt these easily. Mainly because of the reason that it is base of our religion Islam. So it remains a reliable and authentic source of cuisines and culture that we have read about or what we can rely on easily.
As far as religion is concerned, as I mentioned earlier that it is base of Islam. We all practice and follow the rules and regulations set by Holy Quran and Holy Prophet PBUH.
State the differences between that nation and the one you belong to.
Location of both the countries is different. Pakistan is in South Asia and Saudi Arabia is in Middle East. Climate of Saudi Arabia is humid and hot as compared to Pakistan.
Form of government in both the countries is different. In Pakistan there is Parliamentary form of government and in Saudi Arabi there is monarchy. Besides, Pakistan is an agricultural country and Saudi Arabia Economy is predominantly on oil reserves.
One other difference that I want to share is that in Pakistan women can choose any profession they want , they are active in all fields of life but in Saudi Arabia women have limited options. There role is usually limited to their homes.
