Only the comments you provide are part of the new post text. The previous post author and permlink are referenced in the post JSON metadata, and then the condensers populate the rest from the original post.
This will create some interesting implications. I will need to think about this as I continue to roadmap our future development.
So it's like it should be (since the sbi-skip tag in the original post usually is not from the steemian who does the cross-post) and everybody has control over his own SBI.
Maybe it would be better now to have a sbi tag to receive SBI than a sbi-skip tag. With all these communities you usually need to include sbi-skip for every cross post you do.
