I try to participate in this contest every time. Today I brought a tasty recipe. Today I roasted beef liver. Today I have brought this recipe to share with you. So let's share with you how I made this tasty recipe step by step.

STEP1 |

First I put a clean pot on the stove and put enough oil in it. After the oil gets slightly hot, add cardamom and cinnamon. Cardamom and cinnamon are slightly heated in the oil. I then reduced the flame of the stove otherwise the cardamom and cinnamon would have burnt.

After some time I added onion garlic and ginger paste in oil. Then I grinded the masala well with enough salt. The onion and garlic paste was in the deep freezer so was a bit hard. After adding it to the hot oil, the onion and garlic were melted by stirring for a while. It is better to keep the masala in the deep freezer.

When the onion and garlic were melted, I stirred the spices for a while. Then I added dry masala to it. After adding the dry spices, stir the masala and grind it a little more. Then I added a little water.

I washed and cleaned the livers of the cow. I put the liver in the curry. The liver of the cow is thoroughly washed in hot water to remove the blood. If the beef liver is not washed well with hot water, the color of the curry will turn black. Because the blood inside the liver comes out during cooking. So if you wash the beef liver with hot water, the taste of the curry increases.

After putting the beef liver in the masala, I stirred it for some time and added a little water. Then cover the liver for some time and boil it well. I watered the curry twice more until it was cooked. I watered little by little, I didn't water much at once. I did not add much water to the beef liver curry. Cooked a little dry. Roasted liver does not taste good if it hangs too much. After the liver was cooked well, I took it off the stove and kept it covered.

When the curry is done cooking, take out a small amount of roasted liver in a bowl. I put the curry in the bowl and took a picture. Then I took that curry bowl in my hand and took a selfie.
