Today I am sharing my favorite recipe in this community. Today I am telling you how to make dry bombil. I also prepared this recipe for the first time at my home. I had never eaten this food. But when I made it at home and ate it, I liked it very much and it became my favorite food. So today I am sharing this recipe with you.

Ginger-garlic paste | 2 tsp |
Red chilli powder | 2 tsp |
Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
Coriander Powder | 3 tsp |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Garam Masala | 1 tsp |

METHOD OF MAKING |

First of all, to dry to bombil and clean the bombil properly. After that cut it into small pieces and wash it with water. We have to wash it with water three to four times.

After that, we have to put oil in a pan and fry the bombil and take it out. Bombil tastes better when fried. We have to wash the bombil with water and then put it in hot water.

After that, we have to grind onion, green chili, tomato, all in to the mixer. We have to pour oil in a pan and add this prepared puree. We also have to add ginger-garlic paste to it. We have to fry it well.

Later we have to add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala and let it rest for some time. After that we have to add water. Then add the bombil that we have fried. Then you have to push the lid. We have to let the bombil cook properly.
