Estoy seguro, que así como a mí me pasa, la mayoría de los seres humanos que habitamos este mundo, en algún momento de nuestras vidas, por no decir casi siempre, anda deseando que el día tenga 25 horas, en vez de las 24 normales, para estar junto a nuestros seres queridos y disfrutar de su compañía, ya que entre el trabajo, la escuela, la universidad, las actividades extracurriculares, el trafico en la via y demás responsabilidades, pareciera que nunca existiera el tiempo suficiente.

I am sure that just as it happens to me, most of the human beings that inhabit this world, at some point in our lives, if not almost always, are wishing that the day has 25 hours, instead of the normal 24, to be with our loved ones and enjoy their company, because between work, school, college, extracurricular activities, traffic on the road and other responsibilities, it seems that there is never enough time.

Pero la verdad es que cualquier momento, aunque no lo parezca siempre será ideal para compartir en familia, pues cuando de esto se trata no importa si es durante el desayuno, de camino a la escuela o via al trabajo, mientras cenamos o inclusive antes de dormir, sea cuál sea el momento, lo importante siempre será aprovecharlo para mantener fuerte ese vínculo especial de unión con nuestros seres queridos.

But the truth is that any moment, although it may not seem so, will always be ideal to share with the family, because when it comes to this it doesn't matter if it is during breakfast, on the way to school or on the way to work, while having dinner or even before going to sleep, whatever the moment is, the important thing will always be to take advantage of it to keep strong that special bond of union with our loved ones.

Aunque siempre deseamos más, muchas veces las responsabilidades y los imprevistos, no nos van a permitir ese tiempo deseado, por lo que a veces no importa tanto la cantidad de tiempo que se logra pasar juntos, sino más la calidad de ese tiempo que logramos compartir, porque aunque sean solo algunos minutos, mientras sean exclusivos y dedicados a compartir y disfrutar con nuestros seres amados y familiares, siempre valdrán la pena.

Although we always wish for more, many times responsibilities and unforeseen events will not allow us that desired time, so sometimes it does not matter so much the amount of time we manage to spend together, but more the quality of that time we manage to share, because even if it is only a few minutes, as long as they are exclusive and dedicated to share and enjoy with our loved ones and family, they will always be worth it.

Yo por ejemplo, siempre que tengo algo de tiempo, trato de sacarle el mejor provecho y disfrutarlo al máximo con los seres que amo, porque cuando esté no llega, siempre ando anhelandolo, así que cuando logro tenerlo quiero que cuente y valga, porque no importa si se trata de cocinar juntos, ver una película en casa, ayudar a mi pequeña en las tareas de la escuela o dar un paseo, lo importante es estar presentes, pero no solo en cuerpo, tambien en mente y disfrutar del momento en familia como se debe.

I for example, whenever I have some time, I try to make the most of it and enjoy it to the fullest with the ones I love, because when it doesn't come, I always long for it, so when I manage to have it, I want it to count and be worth it, because no matter if it's cooking together, watching a movie at home, helping my little one with her homework or taking a walk, the important thing is to be present, but not only in body, also in mind and enjoy the family moment as it should be.

Así que, sin importar lo ajetreadas que sean nuestras rutinas diarias, jamas debemos olvidarnos de la importancia de pasar tiempo de calidad con nuestros seres amados y nuestra familia, porque al final, lo que más importa y lo que mas atesoraremos es ese tiempo que pasamos con aquellos que más queremos.

So, no matter how hectic our daily routines are, we should never forget the importance of spending quality time with our loved ones and our family, because in the end, what matters most and what we will treasure the most is the time we spend with those we love the most.

Lo primero siempre hago antes de encender, es ver la cantidad de mi Steem, SP y de mi SBD, luego cambio mi SBD por Steem en el mercado interno y después de haber calculado y extraído el 50%, procedo a hacer Power Up con el otro 50% de Steem restante, incrementando el poder de mi cuenta, tal como le voy a mostrar en las siguientes imagenes:

The first thing I always do before turning on, is to see the amount of my Steem, SP and my SBD, then I change my SBD for Steem in the internal market and after having calculated and extracted 50%, I proceed to Power Up with the other 50% of Steem remaining, increasing the power of my account, as I am going to show you in the following images:
