Chole puri

In this evening , almost 8 pm I went to hotel RHR to have some snacks, there I ve seen the chef making puri and chole masala, I stared at it with mouthwatering,and ordered for me too.

Chole puri is an Indian dish making with maida flour and gravy with channa dal.
