2/ Mince the beef. In this case, use a knife for mincing or you can use some mincing machines available in the market.

3/ Then grind the garlic, onion, and green chilies in a blender or blender.

4/ Take enough oil in a large pan and take batter spices, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.
