We know that health is the root of all happiness. For that happiness, we have to eat different kinds of food. But the body is always good after eating food? If the body is good, the mind is also good. That is, it is not enough to just eat food to keep the body and mind well. Proper sleep is also required.
Sleep is very important for every one of us. Because if you sleep properly, many serious problems are solved. In fact, sleep is an important part of our physiological process.
