According to the latest information shared, Craig Wright, who declared himself as Satoshi Nakamoto, won a legal victory against the anonymous name Cobra, known as the founder of Bitcoin.org. Therefore, Bitcoin.org, which is now one of the most important Bitcoin websites, has to remove the Bitcoin whitepaper from its platform.

✅Wright's Legal Triumph

Senior Associate at ONTIER LLP and Dr. Simon Cohen, a member of the legal team advising Wright on this action, said in a statement on the subject, “This is an important development in Dr Wright's quest to obtain judicial verification of the whitepaper copyright. It is noteworthy that although he defaulted to victory today as no defense came, the English court still prevented Cøbra from making the whitepaper available in the UK.” used his words.

❓What Does This Victory Mean?
Craig Wright had to drop several of the key lawsuits he filed against prominent members of the cryptocurrency community who chose to actively defend his arguments . However, Cøbra's anonymity was key for Wright to at least win a legal battle or gain relative media attention.

Of all the websites hosting the Bitcoin whitepaper, suing the anonymous webmaster of Bitcoin.org was a move Craig could try in the hopes of not getting any counterclaims.

🚨Cobra's Offer
As a result of the lawsuit, Cobra said he would gladly pay the money due to Wright by “transferring Bitcoin to an address accepted by anyone with Satoshi Nakamoto . ”

However, this offer will likely be rejected by Wright.
