藤三七叶煮面条

今天中午去食堂吃饭，感觉没什么味口。回到办公室，发现有挂面，只有挂面，没有蔬菜，也没有小香葱，怎么办呢？

我环顾了一下办公室，突然发现，我种在花盆里的藤三七发新芽了，我就地取材，掐了一小把，洗净后煮在面条里面。

藤三七叶很滑嫩，也有清香味。吃着叶子有一种厚厚的、滑滑的感觉。

我百度了一下，藤三七叶还有药用效果，又有降血脂、血压、补血活血等功效。最重要的是有抗癌防衰老的作用。

请贴友们也试试，当野菜蔬菜吃吧。
