吉隆坡福建面
来到新加坡才知道有这么一种食物叫做吉隆坡福建面。
以前在吉隆坡的时候，我们都只管叫它为福建面，不知道它竟然代表了吉隆坡的。
这福建面可是吉隆坡几乎每家大排档都会有这道美食。而且我们家还会特地找寻炭炒福建面的小贩光顾，觉得味道更胜一筹！
今天突然想吃福建面，就去了这家煮炒摊。虽然大厨招待员都口操粤语（新加坡很多厨师是来自讲粤语的怡保），卖相也真像，用料也没差，但就是感觉跟吉隆坡不一样。
也许这就是乡愁吧？别人吃的是面，我吃的是乡愁。呵呵
