今天游泳打卡2021-03-22

今天去泳池游泳比，平常还晚一点，但是没想到人太多了以至于刚开始游得时候速度起不来。所以今天的整体速度慢了下来。比平常少游了不少距离。但是身体还是累。看来锻炼还得加强。继续保持。
