Healthy #lockdown day 001

I thought I was going to be getting healthier as the lockdown 2.0 commenced. Started the day with a cup of healthy breakfast shake, meal replacement with low calories and high protein.

But then, soon as I reached car park by the office, off I crashed into KFC and got myself a very healthy breakfast sandwich with sunny side egg and chicken bacon, and a piece of chicken twnder wrap. And the two cup of coffee cost me 1 buck(for two!), so yeah it's kinda irresistible

Office is fairly quiet and there's nothing much going on. I will still have to work on collection as that's what company ultimately wanted, the hell out of us.

Before I realized, its way passed lunch hour and there's probably no more food at the restaurant, so I resort at the company pantry, found these rubbish and they become my super late lunch.

Ultimately, went to the fridge and got myself a pack of almond milk which I kept it for raining day. I don't really enjoy these stuff, but it's a better alternative of cow's milk.

Healthy breakfast shake.... yuck lol who knows what is in that. The kfc looks good. The snacks look like they might be tasty. The so good almond milk..... no. I could never give up my cow milk.
