Hola amigos de wherein, les cuento que hoy estuve haciendo estas ricas galletas de punto rojo para la merienda de la casa es súper fácil y práctica, para la masa use solamente 3 ingredientes: mantequilla(esto no lo pese ni use medidas) 1/4 de taza de azúcar y 1 taza de harina y para el punto use mermelada yo use de fresa pero ustedes pueden usar la que deseen, para la preparación: primero batí la mantequilla y el azúcar lo batí muy bien hasta que se incorporaron bien y luego le puse la harina y un poco de polvo de hornear(es opcional) mezcle con el batidor y luego con las manos bien limpias amase muy bien, luego lo deje enfriar por unos 15 minutos y luego hice la forma de las galletas y con mi dedo meñique hice la forma del corazón y lo rellene con mermelada y por último hornee a 160 grados por 20 minutos y listo una receta súper deliciosa para los pequeños de la casa🤤☺️
