Amigos les comparto mi cena, estoy haciendo una dieta basada en carnes, vegetales y cero carbohidratos, me provocó comer pizza, agarré una pechuga de pollo, le coloqué un rato en la plancha, luego por encima le agregué tomates, cebolla, jamón, queso mozzarella y salsa, la llevé al horno a gratinar, quedó super buena gracias a Dios.
