Another delicious prawn noodles I savoured when eating lunch with my parents-in-law. I choose yellow noodles mixed with rice vermicelli. Prawn noodles specialty is in the soup where it is made by boiling prawn shells, pork bones and chicken bones till prawny and flavorful. Then, chilli paste is added. This bowl is usually served with prawns, slices of pork, half of hard-boiled eggs, and greens, garnished with fried onions on top. Not to forget the dipping sauce of chilli paste. It is definitely slurpy delicious. I can finish the whole bowl of the prawn soup! Slurppp!
