大理的一位白族朋友說：

在雲南，要想吃到紅傘傘白杆杆的靈魂，必須要切三片老臘肉和二片大蒜下鍋來試試毒，然後出鍋，那味道，絕對是完美。

看著朋友說得條條是道，但我還是不吃，也不想為了口腹之慾，去冒這個中毒的風險。

生命無比珍貴，又是如此短暫，為一口吃食，而去冒險，我不選擇。

這些照片都是朋友拍照，她邊做菜邊拍。不過看她做好菜後，吃的開心，吃的滿足，這也是一種幸福生活的味道吧。
