最近这一两个月的时间，@mrpointp都在进行他的减肥计划，从饮食上严格控制摄入量，以及肉类和蔬菜的口味，在网上也买了很多黑胡椒粉、零卡辣椒酱，还有全麦面包等等。
接着就是健身这一块，他几乎每天都去，一去就是两个小时的练习，我是隔三差五一起去(感觉好偷懒）。现在家里又添置了单杠，质地不错，放在不同的高度锻炼的部分也不一样，他把这个单杠架在两个门之间，距离刚好适中。
我偶尔也会去拉伸一下，做引体向上是不太可能的，最多练一下腹肌。西西从一开始就被吸引住，每次都央求着她爸爸要试一试，出于安全考虑，每次都被我阻止。
谁知道有一天，她趁我们吃饭时，悄悄搭着家里的小板凳往上，以现在的身高根本够不着，这才同意说让她试一试，于是我们两个人在旁边扶着，以防她摔倒。
每天一次，每次几秒钟的拉练，她手一搭在单杠上就笑个不停，而且随着这几天的练习，她坚持的时间越来越久，发现这个小朋友力气还不小啊！
@mrpointp跟我说以后要带着她晨跑，这样的方式陪伴她成长，还能锻炼心肺功能，我当时希望她能养成这个习惯！
