First day of school, Monday, 15/7/2024, Branch Head of the Kabdin Region IV Bireuen Education Service, Abdul Hamid SPd MPd together with other officials monitored the Introduction to School Environment Period (MPLS).
During the visit, the group visited three Senior High Schools (SMA) in Bireuen. They mingle with students to hear various things. The visit began by attending a flag ceremony at SMAN 1 Peusangan, Kacabdin acted as the ceremony supervisor.
After the ceremony, we had a short meeting with the students and teachers at the school, then visited SMAN 2 Peusangan.
Kabdin accompanied by Head of Management Ahmad Fazil and Head of MKPS Abubakar also monitored various school activities on the first day, heard various things from the students and attended the handover of the Acting Principal's duties from Hanafiah to Hasbiallah SPd MPd.
During the day, continue monitoring at SMAN 2 Bireuen. Upon arrival at the Cot Gapu Bireuen area high school, he immediately joined the students in the MPLS activities that were being carried out at the school. On the sidelines, the visit also builds enthusiasm and friendship with the students.
"MPLS activities at SMAN 2 Bireuen are filled with various activities involving interaction between new and senior students, as well as an introduction to the school environment," said Kacabdin.
During a visit to SMAN 2 Bireuen, Kacabdin and the students performed midday prayers in congregation at the prayer room at SMAN 2 Bireuen. The aim of monitoring is said to be to provide enthusiasm and motivation for new students to become more familiar with the school environment and adapt well.
He said that MPLS monitoring activities in three high schools ensured that MPLS activities ran smoothly and provided positive benefits for new students.
It is hoped that this activity can build harmonious relationships between new students, teachers and school staff, as well as create a conducive learning environment.
