Not quite the 5k steps but I did get a good lift in after work. Lots of rows and pull downs. My postures already feeling a lot better going into week 2 back in the gym.
I’ve always been a believer in there’s way more mental benefits to working out than physically looking good. The energy, the carry over into mindful eating, feeling more motivation to tackle certain projects…
I feel like this is a cheat code for sure though. If you need to unlock something within yourself mentally, energetically, or emotionally get in that gym!
