Yesterday’s numbers were way better than todays so I’m a use those steps. I was just way too tired to post by the end of the day yesterday but I didn’t get a good shoulder workout in and a walk on the treadmill.
Today was a different story. I went and worked at my desk job for 8 hours then came home and worked on some content.
So not a lot of steps today.
Feels good to let my body rest up a little bit though. I think I’m gonna end up hitting legs again since I’ll probably be sore from my workouts over the weekend.
Feeling pretty good overall though. I’m almost to the point where I’m thinking about jogging on the treadmill post workout as opposed to my walks…
I’m just loving this extra energy right now… exciting times.
